RETURNS POLICY
Merchandise in original condition may be returned for a refund within 10 days of purchase, including unopened software. Credit will be applied to the credit card which was used for the purchase less the cost of carriage. Opened software is non-refundable, unless it is found to be faulty. If you wish to return an item outside of the 10-day period, a restocking fee of 15% of order value may apply.

A "Return Materials Authorisation" (RMA) number must be obtained from GPS Warehouse prior to the return of any material. The RMA number must appear on the outside of the shipping container and on return paperwork included inside the package. Returned merchandise must be shipped, delivery charges prepaid to:
