WARRANTY POLICY
All of our products unless otherwise stated, holds a 12 months warranty.
In the unlikely event should the product develop a fault you can return the product to us at the above address (you must obtain a Returns number first - details above), we will then run through a warranty procedure as follows :-
1), Firstly our Technical Department will try to rectify the fault (where possible). Our Technical Department will try at best to keep to a 1 day turn-around time (although this is not always possible - Please Note: priority is given to goods received) from day of receiving goods.
2), If our Technical Department cannot rectify the fault and the unit is within it's 12 month warranty then the unit will be returned to the Manufacturer's for repair/replacement - (you will be kept informed of the progress).
